About the Class
HupSix is a fast-paced cardio workout that improves the way you move using patented gear, bodyweight exercises, and audio cues to get you in sync to music that rocks. You’ll burn calories, build endurance, and improve coordination—all in 30 minutes.

Led by Stephanie Harris, creator of HupSix, each session keeps you focused, challenged, and feeling completely recharged.

The Workout

HupSix is a fast-paced fitness class using bodyweight exercises, patented gear, and audio cues to get you moving in sync to music that rocks. You will burn calories, build strength, and improve coordination all at once!

Classes in Rancho Mirage are led by HupSix creator Stephanie Harris. She has been a personal trainer for 20+ years and has worked at Equinox, for private clients, and at corporations like Goldman Sachs, Fox News, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Hearst, and the Associated Press. She received a full scholarship to the University of MN at the age of 16 where she graduated with B.F.A. in dance.

The Location

Live HupSix Classes are held at a private residence in Rancho Mirage, CA. We provide the address after checkout. It is on the west side of HWY 111, near Misty's Consignments.

What to Wear

Wear sneakers and workout clothes that you can easily move it. You will sweat so bring a towel.
