We offer 30-day free returns. We offer an extended 6 months of prorated returns on the HupSix System . Simply contact us for a return label. We can also schedule a complimentary FedEx pickup. 

We stand behind our products and will always make any issues right with a replacement, refund, or return.  Please note, we can only issue the refund to the original purchaser.
