How much space do I need?

HupSix requires about the space of a Yoga mat. And like a yoga mat you can easily pack it up and be on the move. It stores like a medium sized handbag. No dedicated space needed!

Can I view the workouts on a TV?

Yes, HupSix Classes are available in the HupSix App. You can view on any device, online or cast/mirror it to a Smart TV.

Who is the instructor?

All HupSix App videos are lead by creator and master trainer Stephanie Harris.

About: At the age of 16 she was accepted into the dance program at the University of Minnesota on a full scholarship where she graduated with B.F.A. in Dance. She trained at Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Jacobs Pillow, Zenon Dance Company, Ballet Arts Minnesota among many others.

In 2001, she moved to NYC and became a certified Personal Trainer with the National Council of Strength and Fitness and worked at Equinox Fitness Clubs. She then transitioned into private at-home training. Her clients included long-term Fortune 100 Executives.

In NYC, HupSix Classes were available at private corporations; Goldman Sachs, NY Presbyterian Hospital, Hearst, and the Associated Press. It was the most successful class they offered and now it's available to everyone!

What if I'm uncoordinated?

Fear not! We tested each and every HupSix class to ensure that everyone can follow along while still providing a great workout.

HupSix is built on one 4 step rhythm pattern: 2 slow and 2 fast. Our proprietary click method speeds up the process of learning. You simply step to the clicks.

We film the classes from behind making it easy-to-follow. In each round you learn the moves, practice with the clicks then do it full out to a song.

THE BAG

The HupSix Bag is filled with 20 pounds of Pennsylvania steel shot making it 3x smaller than a sandbag and supple if stepped on. It sits on a non-slip mat and includes a Rock Exotica Ball Bearing Swivel for tangle-free turns.
