THE SYSTEM
HupSix is a complete cardio system you can do anytime, anywhere. 100% USA-Made. Patented gear. Music-driven workouts. A step-by-step method anyone can follow.
THE BAG
The HupSix bag is filled with 20 pounds of Pennsylvania steel shot making it 3x smaller than a sandbag and supple if stepped on. It sits on a non-slip mat and includes a Rock Exotica Ball Bearing Swivel for tangle-free turns.
THE HANDLES
The HupSix handles are designed to be held with your fingertips and an open palm and easily maneuver between positions. The bungee provides constant resistance, engaging your entire body for a full-body workout.
THE SOCKS
The HupSix socks go over your sneakers so you can easily twist and turn on smooth and carpeted floors. They protect your knees and ankles from strain injuries and are required for all HupSix classes.
THE WORKOUTS
Each workout is 6 rounds in 30 minutes, plus stretching. Each series has six workouts.
SERIES 1: Basic Training
This series builds strength, endurance and coordination. We do more reps of each move.
SERIES 2: SKILLS TRAINING
This series levels up endurance and reaction time. All triple steps and quicker transitions.
SERIES 3: PERFORMANCE TRAINING
This series levels ups your strength and agility. 8-count variations and longer combos.
