MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Stephanie Harris is the creator of HupSix and THE DANCESOCKS®, holds a B.F.A. in Dance, and has been an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer for over 25 years. Her experience training professional and collegiate athletes brings a practical perspective to the science of dance-based athletic training.

FAQ for HupSix Continuing Education

The workshop is designed for group fitness instructors, personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, and other fitness professionals. No previous HupSix experience is required.

We are pursuing continuing education approval through ACE, NASM, AFAA, NCSF, NSCA, and BOC. Credits are not guaranteed until approval is confirmed. Approved providers and credit amounts will be announced when available.

Early-bird registration is planned at $129 per participant, with a regular price of $149. Free pre-registration allows you to receive upcoming dates and early-bird registration information without payment. 

Yes! Gyms, schools, universities, and professional sports organizations can book a private HupSix Education Workshop for their staff. Group pricing and special hosting benefits are available. Contact us to discuss your facility's needs.

We are planning in-person workshops beginning in late 2026 and continuing through 2027. Cities, dates, and locations will be announced as they are confirmed.

No. This is an introductory continuing education workshop. A separate HupSix instructor training program is available for professionals who want to teach HupSix.

Hosting facilities receive special group pricing and a complimentary HupSix demo class for their members, athletes, or sports teams. It's an opportunity to experience HupSix firsthand and explore bringing the program to their facility.
