We film the classes from behind the instructor making it easy-to-follow. HupSix is based on one 4 step pattern that everyone can follow. Our proprietary click method speeds up the process of learning. You simply step to the clicks.

The HupSix gear is only the size of a handbag and requires no dedicated space. It is quiet so you won't have complaints from neighbors. If you have room for a yoga mat, you have enough space for HupSix.

Challenging but fun!

I do HupSix in addition to my regular gym workouts. It's fun but a real challenge and I always feel great afterwards. The 30 minute workouts are convenient when I'm pressed for time.

Boring Fitness is Over

The boredom that can make fitness hard is gone. They don’t talk about it much, but I have lost weight using HupSix. Roughly 20 pounds. I look better and I feel great!
